I'm going by the jpg#s, 259 is Croton and 260 could be Monstera delicosa. I'm really awful at houseplants so that's all I'll offer in identifying your plants.

Are you planting these in your yard and watering them every day? That could be the problem itself. It seems like an awful lot of water, depending upon your zone and soil type. All of these are houseplants in my zone. You don't have your gardening zone posted, if you don't know it you can click on the link that says Zone in the Post a Follow-Up area. It goes by zip code and while not exactly correct for every house, it's close enough for rock and roll. It will help you to know how to take care of your plants.

#2 houseplant is a dead looking sago palm. I agree that 6 is a croton and 7 a monstera. #2 white flowering tree might be a type of magnolia.

Thanks so much for your help! I'm researching the plants and getting the idea of what each of them need. Its such a relief to have an idea of how to care for them individually. All these plants were outside in direct sunlight and we live in southern Louisiana so that's not a good thing for some of them lol. Plus i was watering them all every evening which a few of them cant handle.

A quick question about the palm, I had it inside on top of a tall book shelf that barely caught sunlight and i also forgot to water it :(. It seems from what i could dig up that it needs to be outside in direct sun light? Or am i wrong? its just everything i have found on it has been generic information and not specific to this bred. I know it looks dead but when I scratch the stems it self there still bright green and alive, will it come back with the correct care?

Also what are the differences between Bromeliad and Guzmania if any? Is the care different? It's flower is yellow if that help at all.

The Bromeliaceae is the Family all the bromeliads share, Guzmania
is the genus your plant appears to belong to.
