One of these things is not alike

So I planted 4 or 5 new zealand spinach seeds a few weeks ago, and now I have this. Yeah, pretty sure that tall one isn't spinach. Does anyone know what it is? Also, how do my spinach plants look? Should I transplant to a bigger area yet?

Lamb's quarters? Also may be used, cooked, as a spinach sub, I understand…?

So I just keep it there? How did it get mixed in with the seeds I bought anyway? And should I transplant them?
