Possible groundcover plant with fuzzy lavender flowers

(Plant in the back, not the cranesbill in the front). We have this growing in the shady areas of our garden. I thought it was shorter last year. This year, it is already about 6 inches high or more. The leaves are slightly variegated. Any ideas on what it is? Thank you in advance!
