Pls help identify this plant

I bought my first house and am going through the "is it a weed, is it a flower?" game. The house was part of an estate and the previous owners passed a few years ago. They were avid gardeners and we have a beautiful perennial bed filled with iris and sedum. The garden hasn't been tended to in a while, so I am trying to nurture it back to it's full beauty. There are a few plants I can't identify. Does anyone know what this plant is?
