Just moved into a new house a few months ago and I'm new to gardening, trying to figure out what everything is and what are weeds, so any help is greatly appreciated!

#1 could be a number of things, I would look for flower stalks soon.

#2, just a guess, but could be hollyhock? do the leaves all come from a central spot?

First one could be Stokesia, Stoke's aster.

#3 might be a salvia.

Could #2 be Lavatera trimestris / rose mallow? (A fairly wild guess as i'm only a new enthusiast, but it does look a bit like my mallow did)
