Unknown succulent

I bought this succulent from a little old lady at a yard sale. Nobody at my local nursery can name it. The stalks are 10-12", leaves are quite thick and rubbery, peach in color, but new growth in the middle is green. Any ideas what this is & the best way to propogate it?
