Taking over my yard & garden!

Posted by sarah1210 Alberta (My Page) on

I need help identifying this plant. It has spread all over my backyard and into my garden now. It grows incredibly fast, seems to have grown overnight...It is surrounding my lilac bushes and maple tree and pretty much anywhere else it can go. I have more pictures but it seems I can only upload one. Thank you so much for any help.

Probably a Campanula of some type. Those were the worst invasives in my previous garden.

Garlic mustard seedling.

A real scourge. Somewhere under ground there is a big tuber - like a dahlia or fingering potato clump - from which all of these sprout. Been battling it for years.

Hm from further research it looks like it is definitely a campaluna type. It sounds like a nightmare to remove. Thanks for the help!
