Hi, i have this plant growing in my hedge row here in SE Pa. It stayed green here all winter long and looked really healthy. Anyone help?

Definitely a euphorbia but I'm not at all sure it's E. lathyrus. Typically listed as an annual (sometime biennial), lathyrus will not winter over in PA as an evergreen. I'd have serious doubts about it wintering over at all. But it could be a hybrid euphorb like 'Excalibur'. That is fully perennial as well as evergreen and is hardy to zone 5. There are also a number of other perennial euphorbias that have that distinctive white midrib, but I'd question their hardiness in zone 6.

Yes, maybe we need a picture of the tops of the stems and the whole plant. Caper Spurge will overwinter here so maybe that persuaded me.
