Are these both Mandevilla?

I'm clueless about tropicals, have more photos if needed:

The bottom photo looks like dipladenia which is in the same family. It is more shrub-like.

Top plant could be Urichtes lutea or Pentilinon luteum (yellow mandevilla).

The yellow one is definitely a mandevilla, I have one
growing in my garden. Once they get going they will
grow very quickly if you give them haircuts every once
in a while. The other ones tend to be more short lived.

Thanks, folks. Both will be treated as annuals, here. Not hardy in my climate. I don't usually plant tropicals, but the situation called for it. A new arena for me.
