Need 4 identities of possible weeds!

My back yard is a jungle. It's full of all kinds of plants and this year there are some new friends. I'm not sure what they are. I'm pretty sure the one with the little pods that look like beans is a weed (it grows too well), but I'd like to know what it is before I cut it down.

In the last picture, there's a Virginia creeper tangled up with the plant. I just don't want that to confuse any identification. I think the last one might be a crab apple tree, but I'm not sure.

The third one looks like black cherry, Prunus serotina. But it would help to know where you are located (generally like city, state).

Ok then I guess Prunus serotina is still a possible match for #3. I don't know about your others.
