Weed or Edible?

We used some compost in our raised beds and got a bunch of squash and tomato seedlings, as well as a few of these other seedlings that we can't identify. We let them grow thinking we might eventually be able to figure out what they were but we are still perplexed. Does anyone know what these guys might be? Thanks for your help!
