What is this plant?

| This plant was given to me about 15 years ago. It is still living by pure luck, since I do not have any info on it. |

| Epiphyllum Cv ? I don't think that is the answer. My plant has never bloomed. I've had it for about 12years. Does anyone have any more ideas? There are little "hairy-like " growths that seem to produce new leaves. I have never repotted it. Guess I need to because it is getting so lanky. |

| The photo makes it hard to ID, but if those are long round stems with flat 'leaves' that grow from them, then I believe you were given a correct ID by saltcedar. And you cannot expect bloom on an Epi that looks like that. These are generally large plants (2-8ft) that like good soil, warmth and humidity. Before I send the plant police to rescue the plant and they charge you with plant cruelty, you should re-pot it into a larger pot, use good potting soil, keep it damp most of the time, and give it a few hours of sun per day. If it ever blooms, you will be addicted to Epis. Be careful. |

| Just more confirmation that the saltcedar ID was correct. You have some kind of Epiphyllum. |

Found it!!! Epiphyllum oxypetalum
Family: Cactaceae. This is my mystery plant. With the help of my son who gave it to me I finally know the name. Salt cedar you were in the right ballpark for sure. Thanks all. |
