Need help with this West Virginia Magnolia. The narrow flower intermingled with th eleaves has thrown me off on this one.

This wildflower has tiny white flowers:

That's not a flower mingled with the leaves - those are the bud scales pealing back, they will fall off soon.

The leaves on that tree look like they have "ears" at the base; if so its probably Frazer magnolia, Magnolia frazeri. The little herb might be spreading chervil, Chaerophyllum procumbens, try looking that one up.
