I am wondering if these are wild daisies or are they something else. They are growing wild in my yard.

I would say some species of sunflower (Helianthus)
I am trying to ID one (species) myself here in Michigan.
If you indicate the size of the bloom and include some photos
of the foliage it would help.

Runruh, daisy isn't really a specific plant name. It just means any flower with ray and disk florets giving the classic 'daisy' form. So you could say this was a daisy flower but that wouldn't id it specifically, just describe it.

Just wanted to say that is a beautiful shot of the center of the flower...it makes me want to go out and look at the centers of all my flowers. And then take photos of them.
