| It's got beautiful leaves but no flowers (yet), in the UK and been there a few years. Any clues?

| Looks like Spirea to me. Perhaps no flowers due to not enough sun or wrong-season pruning. |

| It appears to have flowered last year as you can see the dead flowers stems. They flower mid to late summer here so it may yet produce for you. |
