Soft needle perennial with tiny flower

What is this perennial? Approximately 12" tall with soft needle-like evergreen spikes with the tiniest round flower. It is in bloom now (beginning of June) and looks like it spreads some. It is lovely but I can't find its name anywhere.

Here's another pic of the plant. Any ideas?

Euphorbia cyparissias.

aka Cypress Spurge. I would get rid of it. Had it come over from my neighbours yard and took me years to eradicate it.
