I am not sure about the name of my plant. I've got it from amateur gardener and seems like he provided incorrect name.
My search led to possible Latin names: Senecio xxxxx or Eriophyllum lanatum.
Perennial herbaceous plant. Total height is 11-14 inches, flowers stay above leaves at the height of 5-7 inches. Yellow flowers, the middle part gets darker up to the end of flowering. Leaves may stay through the cold winter.
Note! The photo I found on the net. My plant looks exactly the same.
