Kellstahh, it's a rubus, looks like blackberry to me.

Bijan, you probably should start your own thread rather than post on this one. #3 looks like virginia creeper, #2 looks like carrot, #1 looks a lot the great blue lobelia growing in my pond bog. Might just be a coincidence though.

2 isn't carrot. One of the many umbelliferous plants in the Apiaceae. I don't know what would be normal in your area. Here it would be Anthriscus sylvestris, aka Cow Parsley.

Does no 1 have a smell? it looks like Lettuce Leaf Basil.

If the original picture was taken this year, well-formed green blackberries by this date should turn black in 3 to 5 weeks, I would keep an eye on them. The terminal berry furthest out on the main stem will turn color first.
