Mystery plant-Fushia flower and bushy foliage.

This was supposed to be rosemary but obviously is not. It has very bushy foliage and the inner leaves close up at night. It has a beautiful fuchsia flower at the moment with a long base about the size of a quarter. More blooms are setting and looks they are coming in clusters. Plant is about 10 " tall right now and was planted end of February.
Anybody have any ideas what this might be?

Maybe Mirabilis jalapa.

Sure looks like it. The flowers should have a rather distinctive aroma if it is, sort of like suntan lotion to my nose and should open and close. It's why they're called four o'clocks since they start to open in the late afternoon and close come morning.

You all may be right. Someone else had suggested that, but I thought 4 O'Clocks were more of a vine?

Not at all a vine.

You may be thinking of Mirabilis nyctaginea, a common weed.
