| It's huge but blocking a window. Gets lots of sun and is thick and healthy. Can I trim it down like a hedge? |

| It is Aucuba japonica, which is traditionally a shade plant :-) Obviously, yours is happy in its location. Yes, it can be pruned. |

| You might want to move it, as if you start trying to keep it much shorter than it wants to be it will just keep growing back up to where it was - over and over. |
