I'm in Calgary and have this beautiful flowering tree. I'd like more , but dont know the name.Can someone help?

I wonder if we are seeing vines growing up and over something.

I suspect it's a shrubby Honeysuckle.

That's what I think it is, in which case it is neither a tree (as can also been seen in the picture) nor a desirable plant (in eastern North America, where multiple species of shrubby honeysuckles are weeds).

This is a close up of the flowers, someone asked if it was being overgrown with vines.. no they are little dead branches from the same plant. If this is a weed in eastern North America it must be very beautiful there.

Does look like one of the shrub honeysuckles.

Perhaps Lonicera fragrantissima?

No, it's not L fragrantissima. That flowers in the winter on bare branches. Looks nearer to L tatarica but seems rather a pale pink.
