| It's up to you - are they being used as a hedge? If they are, then you probably want them at the same height. They can take a lot of cutting back, but you will lose the flowers for this year, as they bloom on growth they make this year. |

| Well....if thats the case, I'll wait til after the summer to cut them down even at size. I enjoy watching them bloom. Thank you though. For the most part, they've been used as hedges, yes. |
