What is this tree?

Thank You floral_uk for such a fast response on the euonymous alata in my other post. I have some trees in my yard I like to find out what they are and their ID - Is this one a blackjack oak? I live at about 1900 feet elevation in Crossville, TN.

Here is the picture of the bark of what I am calling a blackjack oak.

Looks like it could be Quercus stellata, post oak but I'll admit that I'm not familiar with blackjack oak.
