Name That Plant!

beautiful tree - salix purpurea nana ? blue arctic willow?

Im trying to find out what kind of tree/hedge is this, after searching online I came up with salix purpurea nana, blue arctic willow, but the leaf and natural form are not the same as this one ....if you can help let me know

Where are you/ the pic?

Foliage reminds me of Hippophae rhamnoides ( sand buckthorn-thingy)

How about Salix elaeagnos 'Angustifolia' (Rosemary Willow) AKA Salix elaeagnos var. 'rosmarinifolia'
