Please help me id this plant. I saw it at a restaurant and would like to purchase one. Thanks !

I think it's Polyscias fruticosa.

I'm guessing aralia.

That's what Carol23 was saying, Susie, so you're right. Common name for Polyscias fruticosa is Ming aralia. But it's useful to stick to the scientific name since many plants are called Aralia, including an actual genus Aralia, and it can cause confusion.
