| Is this a horse plant, and what good is t? It grew wild in one of my outdoor pots. Does it flower, or is it just a nasty old weed? Tks, Norm |

| Dog Fennel? Eupatorium capillifolium. Not sure what a horse plant is or whether this is one. But it would be counted as a weed I think. |

| It is not a horse plant, may be Cosmos. Rgds |

| Not Cosmos, Flora has it, Eupatorium capillifolium. |

| That species is slow to develop, but is loaded with very small, white flowers when mature. They bloom late September to mid-October in Central Arkansas. The photo below was taken last October 9. |
