This is what happens every year. They are all over my garden and they all end up like this, so sad!

Looks a good bit like Amaryllis belladonna. The foliage and the flowers appear at different times.

Looks similar to Colchicum foliage. Most of them bloom in autumn. This time of year the leaves die off.

Can you dig up a bulb to show us ?
