I found this growing in a ditch today, with blue/green glaucus? type leaves. Is it Wild or just a throw away?

Thanks everyone. The link shows it perfectly. As it turns out, I even tried to germinate this species this Spring-twice and l had little success. But There was actually a seed pod still on this plant with about 25 seeds inside. I seeded these today for now my 3rd try.
