I have reason to believe this was given to me and forgotten about for a couple of years. I only remembered it because it was next to a rose bush that was not doing well and has been moved. (And is now doing great! Yay!)

I am pretty sure it is not a weed. I would love to ask the person who I think gave it to me but they aren't the Internet or cell phone type and I don't want to just drop in on them.

I'm in Ny zone 5a I think.
