Might be a young Live Oak assuming the leaves belong to that trunk.

Where are you located? Zip/state or USDA Zone can be useful in
identification.

This is how tall it is.

It does look like an Oak of which there are probably 2 dozen species
in Missouri and some of them hybridize. Oak ID's are among the most
difficult.

Thank you very much, I guess it would be a hybrid and will never know a true name for it, but it IS very pretty.
Thanks again for your help and following my two posts. Next time I'll try to put it altogether on one post.
