What is the name of this weed?

I have it popping up all over my yard! It is about 3 feet tall right now. Thanks

Asclepias sp., I believe.

It looks like the leaves are alternate, not opposite. If you pull a leaf off, does it ooze a milky sap?

i though milkweed also ... but hesitated on the whole tx thing ...

i am wondering what all the black spots are.. and if the butterflies have already hatched on it .. if it is mweed ...

but last year.. i had a horrible aphid infestation.. to the point that i never saw the monarchs on them ... perhaps the ants protecting their colony of aphids .....

Yes,it has sap. I have pulled this one after taking the picture. Not sure about the black thing. I am not sure if it has flower either.
