What Is This NorCal Tree?

What is this tree with the white flowers? They are blooming all over Northern California now and I have a friend who wants one. But I don't know what it is.

Aesculus californica, California Buckeye

Check it out though, I believe it goes dormant in the summer and isn't very attractive then.
