New help identify herbal fragrant plant

Here's a perennial plant - leaves have an herby fragrance when rubbed between fingers. No sign of blooming of any type so far this year as of June 12. Stands about 2.5 to 3 feet tall and equal spread- seems pretty vigorous. Stems are squarish, but leaves are alternate. Any ideas?? (Nevermind the malva sylvestris coming up in the middle of the mystery plant.) Thanks!!

RE: please help identify

Jane, can you give any background on yours? How about a leaf/foliage picture?

iborla, you should start a new thread.
