Name That Plant!

What is this white conelike flower?

I saw this growing on the side of the road in my neighborhood. It is growing amongst blackberry plants and honeysuckles. I haven't seen it previously. Can someone ID these? Can I transplant them into my garden? They are growing in an area that gets bush-hogged regularly.

Sorry for the not so great photo, it was starting to rain pretty good. Thanks for the info :)

I think that is a good contender! Thanks carrieb! Now time to research more about this plant to see how I could possibly use it in the garden.
