I have two of these mystery plants. I thought I planted tomato seeds in their spots, but these look nothing like the tomatoes I know! Especially with those thorns protruding from the midvein. They are fairly hairy as well. I planted an olpalka and sugary tomatoes, and possibly may have planted some ground cherry tomatoes, but I don't remember. Any ideas out there?

Did you plant any eggplant seeds? Or maybe compost eggplants and use the compost in the garden? FataMorgana

I used a sterile potting mix for the seeds, and this wasn't the only one to come up. I think integrifolium has more thorns than my plant is showing. My best guess at this point is an eggplant variety. I think the company I got my sugary seeds from likely had a mix-up and put the wrong seeds in my packet.

That's an eggplant. Their seeds are about the same size as tomato seeds.
