What is this tree?

It bloomed earlier in the spring, began to fade and re-bloomed again! Not sure is re-bloom is what is typically does, but we had cut down a tree right next to it, maybe it gets more nutrients and sun now. I was pleasantly surprised to see it bloom again. Linda H.
