Need help identifying this tall hedge/bush. Sorry I don't have a close-up - we saw it in a neighbor's yard while out walking tonight and didn't want to go wandering into their yard. I want to plant some in my yard for privacy purposes if it grows quickly enough. This is in zone 7B, upstate SC.
