Here are photos of the leaves and stems takes last year. This year it bloomed for the first time. The yellow flowers behind the orange day lily. I got the plant at a plant swap 2+ years ago - in the spring, so this is the 3rd summer in my garden. I did not get blooms the past 2 years. The woman who gave it to me told me it was a hollyhock. But these are not hollyhock leaves. Base on the leaves, some one last year told me it was Ligularia The Rocket. But these are not the right flowers. Overall the plant is close to 5' tall.
