Name That Plant!

plant or weed identification

i have trying to find out what this plant is without much luck...before the flower opens, it resembles a upright chinese lantern.
the flowers open in the morning...but close most of the afternoon...any ideas?

thank you! now i can find a little info...guess it's invasive, but they aren't in an area to worry about for now.
