What is this plant/weed?

Hi, Can anyone tell me what this is (sorry photo a bit blurry)? It's probably a weed, most things in my garden seem to be, however the bees like it and it's not in the 'wrong' place in the border. I just want to know if it's likely to spread wildly or anything.
Many thanks

Yes, Rosebay Willow Herb, Chamerion angustifolium aka Epilobium angustifolium. Pretty but spreads via thousands of seeds.

Yes, Epilobium agustifolium. We call it Fireweed here because it's one of the first plants that grow after a forest fire. In my garden, it's a weed because it reseeds prolifically. I probably pull it more than any weed in my garden.

Thanks guys! Guess I'd better pull it up now then before it seeds!

Aww. It is such a beautiful plant. In Alaska, swatches of them are breathtaking.

In the wild it is a beauty. Its reputation for growing after fires was confirmed when it took over much of London after the bombing of WW2. It even acquired the nick name 'Bombweed'. But in a small garden it is a bit of a thug.

I wish I could grow it...I've tried several times, but heat and humidity are not it's friend.
