I really hope you can help me with this one. :)

I've got this plant as a gift few days ago and have no idea how is it called and how shall I take care of it.

The leaves remind me of succulent plants. That's all I can tell.

It would be really great if somebody could tell me the name of it and give an advice about taking care of it. How frequently shall I water it? Shall it receive straight sunlight or leaving it in partial shadow during the day is ok?
