both this plant.. and your other new post .. look to be suffering from spider mites ...

the slight browning of the leaves.. to my eye.. indicates something on the reverse... sucking juice from the plant..

and if you cant see them.. the default is mites of some kind

You are right about the mites. I plan to hose it off soon. Maybe some miticide as well.

Lisanti...ur right...checked and it is a Mugwort. It seems to be a weed...so I might just uproot it

Mugwort will come back from any bits of roots you leave in the soil.... Don't re-use the pot/soil until you're sure the mugwort won't return.

You don't want to let it go to seed either.
