This plant came up in my mother's tomatoe garden. It has the sweetest little yellow flowers and beautiful foliage. The leaves close at night like a mimosa would, and after the bloom is done doing its thing it has a bean that forms. Please help! Any ideas what it is??? Thanks in advance!

Chamaecrista fasciculata has much more finely cut foliage than this plant. Fully agree with carol23 it's Senna obtusifolia.

Here is a link that might be useful: partridge pea
