| The picture I am posting is of two wild flowers growing in rural Cleburn county, Alabama. I have an idea that they may be one or two varieties of Sabatia (capitata?), but would like to submit it to the forum to see what you think.

| It certainly looks like S. capitata and USDA does show it in that county. I have found that variations in the intensity of the pink color for most Sabatia is pretty normal. |
