Alabama Wildflower

The picture I am posting is of two wild flowers growing in rural Cleburn county, Alabama. I have an idea that they may be one or two varieties of Sabatia (capitata?), but would like to submit it to the forum to see what you think.

Thanks for looking.

It certainly looks like S. capitata and USDA does show it in that county. I have found that variations in the intensity of the pink color for most Sabatia is pretty normal.
