Rapacious vine with small green fruit

This vine first appeared on my holly bushes in a mostly shaded portion of my back yard in May of this year. Its leaves are heart-shaped and grow to about 2" x 3". It's a flowering vine with white flowers in clusters. The fruit initially is a pale green, but then darkens to a bright green that looks exactly like the young fruit on my Roma cherry tomato plant nearby. I'm talking about 1 - 1 1/2 inches long. It is soft. I've noticed that as the fruit matures it starts to get light white spots. You can see examples of two of the fruit in my photo and the white flower cluster underneath the fruit. It is rapacious and has completely covered three 20-year-old large holly plants in 2 months. What is it, is there any reason to keep it, and if not, is it OK to just pull it up?
