Kudos for the id of the yellow flower, Lotus corniculatus.
Been scratching my head over that for some time... I find these growing semi-wild in pure sand on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and have always been curious if they are natives or garden escapes.

It's an extremely widespread wild flower here. One of the first plant names I ever learned from my Mum. So not actually very impressive, I'm afraid.

Is Monarda fistulosa, the same thing as "Bee Balm"?
