Maybe someone can help me out. Im not sure what plant this is. They began just popping up randomly throughout the garden. As well as a few other mysterious plants.I know the cauliflower is in front. I was thinking maybe my son threw some bird seed in there or seeds from something he was eating. (4 yr olds, lol) Thank you for looking.

If the stem is reddish it could be Pokeweed, Phytolacca americana. Looks like it is mixed in with some vegetables?

Yes, about 10 of them have sprouted in the vegetable/ herb garden. I was not sure what it was. It does have a reddish colored stem.I just pulled all of them out, my son likes to pick and eat from the garden that could have been disastrous. Thank you so much.
