Was told it was a buddha plant?

I searched online, and turns out it isnt a buddha plant. It has long, drooping branches, shiny leaves shaped like lopsided hearts, and pink two petaled flowers that turn into pink seedpods with flowers at the end. It dies back every winter, and regrows every spring. The branches are shiny, and look succulent. What is this? It is a house plant in zone 7, TN. The bottoms of the mature leaves are red, when they are young, they are a light green.
