 o
need identification #2 - woody perennial with small blue flowers

This woody plant is a perennial growing in a flowerbed in Baton Rouge, LA. Small blue flowers grow in clusters at the end of branches. I suspect if it were pruned, it would grow like a bush or shrub, but it is quite sprawling in its growth habit right now. It is approx. 5 ft tall. Any help in identification would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
