Is this an herb?

This is growing in my herb garden. It hasn't much smell and no strong flavor. Grows over a foot tall, little flowers and narrow leaves. Can anyone ID it?

Looks a bit like a mountain mint but you say it has no smell. Can you get a closeup of the flowers?

I thought the same thing, but mountain mint does smell as its name implies, minty. I have a couple of different mountain mints and they are also quite downy on the foliage/stems. Any close-ups, foliage as well as flowers would help identification.

Looks like bolted Chinese parsley (cilantro) to me. Cilantro bolts (flowers and begins to set seed) very easily and quite rapidly and the foliage will change from the normal wider, flat leaf to very delicate and tiny pointed leaves. And white flowers :-)
